Platter ensemble (nesting platters)

This project was for a client who owned a consumer product.

The product is called a nesting platter, which is used mainly as a serving tray for lobster but can be used for seafood and food in general that is known to drip liquid when serving. The client was unhappy with the first design from a different designer, stating that it failed to demonstrate clarity and that it felt dated. The client wanted a package design that caught consumer attention by communicating the product at first blush.
